Complete legal notices, privacy policy, terms of use, and compliance disclosures for the Unykorn Law platform. Last updated: March 30, 2026.
Unykorn Law is a criminal justice advocacy and legal technology organization. We are not a law firm. No person affiliated with, employed by, or associated with this platform is a licensed attorney, and no person affiliated with this platform is providing legal advice, legal representation, or legal services of any kind.
No Attorney-Client Relationship: No attorney-client relationship is created by visiting this website, registering for an account, accessing documents, communicating with platform representatives, or using any platform services. If you need legal advice, you should consult a licensed attorney admitted to the Florida Bar or the bar of your jurisdiction.
Florida Bar Lawyer Referral Service: (800) 342-8011 | www.floridabar.org
Attorney Referral: When we refer individuals to attorneys, we are providing information about licensed professionals — not endorsing, recommending, or guaranteeing their services. Any engagement with an attorney is between you and that attorney directly.
Under Florida Statute 454.23, the unauthorized practice of law is a third-degree felony. This platform is designed and operated with strict compliance with UPL provisions.
What This Platform Does NOT Do:
What This Platform Does:
All motion templates, legal research, and case analysis materials on this platform are provided as organizational research products and are explicitly not ready for court filing. Any motion or legal document must be reviewed, modified, and filed by a licensed Florida Bar attorney.
This platform employs artificial intelligence agents (the "Justice Agentic Swarm") for research, organization, monitoring, and advocacy functions. You should be aware of the following:
AI-Generated Content: Content produced by AI agents is labeled as AI-generated where applicable. All AI outputs are reviewed through a three-layer oversight pipeline (compliance, quality assurance, and ethics review) before publication.
Accuracy: While we employ quality assurance agents to verify accuracy and detect errors, AI systems can produce inaccurate information ("hallucinations"). All factual claims are cross-referenced against primary source documents, but we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. Users should independently verify critical information.
No Legal Advice: AI agents do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal analysis for specific situations. AI-generated legal research is for informational and organizational purposes only.
Human Oversight: All AI agent operations are subject to human oversight. No AI agent operates autonomously with respect to public communications, legal filings, or irreversible actions without human review and approval.
Agent Identifiers: Agent IDs (e.g., LEGAL-001, OUTREACH-035) are organizational identifiers and do not represent individual persons, licensed professionals, or entities with independent legal standing.
This platform uses JusticeChain, a blockchain-based evidence integrity system, to create cryptographic hashes of documents, timeline events, disclosure acknowledgments, and evidence items.
What is Recorded: Cryptographic hashes (SHA-256) of documents and events are recorded — not the documents themselves. The hash allows verification that a document has not been altered since it was recorded, without storing sensitive content on-chain.
Immutability: Once recorded, blockchain entries cannot be modified or deleted. This is by design — it ensures that evidence integrity records cannot be tampered with.
Personal Data: Personal information (names, emails, phone numbers) is never stored on the blockchain. Only cryptographic hashes of disclosure acknowledgments (not the acknowledgments themselves) may be recorded.
Not a Legal Record: Blockchain recordings are transparency and integrity tools. They do not constitute legal evidence, court filings, or official records unless specifically admitted by a court of competent jurisdiction.
All statements on this platform regarding criminal cases, court proceedings, and public officials are:
